Acupressure is a technique that animal therapists use on animals to relieve pain. It works on the same principles as acupuncture; however, instead of piercing the skin with fine needles, the therapist applies pressure on the acupuncture point, having a similar effect as a needle. With this guide, you can learn to help relieve your pet’s pain and discomfort, in the comfort of your own home.

Orders normally arrive within 3-7 days of shipping, unless otherwise noted.

Once an order leaves us, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left us. Contacting the carrier with the tracking number we will provide you is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

Please note that shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout.

If your package is returned to us due to a shipping error, we’ll reach out to you via the email address provided with your shipping information. If we don’t get a response within 5 business days, we hold the right to refund your order.

A backorder is an order for a good or service that cannot be filled at the current time due to a lack of available supply. The item is not held in our inventory at the moment, but we either have an order on its way or we are planning an order soon.

Unfortunately, ordering a product on backorder may mean your delivery might take a day or two longer.

We only stock items that we believe in, and use on our own animals. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please contact us at and we will gladly refund your product.
